Question: can you give me more information on the dimensions -44' deep where is that taken from. I can't tell which dimension is depth and which is width as it relates to the flloor plan.
Answer: 44' from the covered porch to the back of the master suite.

Question: Is there a materials estimate available before purchasing the plan? I am very interested in this plan but am unsure if it fits into my budget. Any help with a materials estimate for the building, doors, windows, siding etc... would help greatly. A list of materials needed would also suffice as I could then get my own quote. Thanks in advance for any help.
Answer: I designed this home and actually built it 5 years ago...as I don't offer a material list, I can tell you that I ran the job and built it including septic & well for 82k.

Question: Could this plan be built so that the bays would accomodate self stranding car lifts, as far as the heigth of the ceiling?
Answer: yep sure will... however I would raise the ceiling height from 8'-6" to 10'-12' Thank you, Glen

Answer: Hello... The CAD version is AutoCad 2004 (earlier version at your request) Also the plumbing & mechanical plans are generally done by the local contractors (there are too many systems to design only one)
