Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Does the full basement extend under the Mbr? What are the ceiling heights in the great room and the kitchen? The Mbr is noted as 14X17. Does this include the bathroom and WIC?
A:Yes, the basement continues on under the whole first floor but it is not finished area. The only finished/heated part is what you see on the lower level floor plan. The ceiling height of the great room and kitchen are both 9’. The 14x17 dimension for the master bedroom does not include the closet and master bath.

A:This plan does have a full basement but only 125 square feet of finished/heated square footage. The actual basement floor plan follows the outline of the home/main level. The square footage for the unfinished portion of the basement is 2,182.

Q:Thank you very much for the fast reply and customer service.
But I do have a follow up question and apologize for my ignorance.
I was not 100 % psitive what 2-2 meant in the 2-2x8 rafter dimension given.
Does that mean it calls for doubling up two 2x8 rafters to make a 4x8 rafter ?
Have a great day
Sorry, lol also the 22'6 rafter dont seem long enough for a 12/24 pitch and a approximate 24 foot ridge
A:Yes, it calls for doubling up and nailing together the 2x8 rafters.
