Q:I am getting ready to build this cottage and am trying to decide on whether or not to do the PDF or the five sets. Can you please tell me how many pages are within this plan? Also, if I get the PDF file am I able to remove the wall between the two bedrooms downstairs before printing? Thanks, Jennifer Nichols
A:There are 7 pages in the construction documents. The wall between the bedrooms can be removed but since it is a bearing wall supporting floor beams, either a girder will be required or more likely, a change in direction for the floor beams will be necessary. Those changes could be made from the PDF but I do suggest a local professional for guidance.
