Question: What is the roof load and wind load on this plan? Are the prints 24 x 36? Is there a floor and roof framing plan included? Is the plan truss or stick roof? Is there a 2x6 wall option? What is the roof pitch? What year and type of CAD do you sell? Will you ship the CAD file on a disk or thumb drive instead of emailing it? Frank
Answer: The roof load : Dead Load 10 psf Live Load 30 psf. (Wind load is to be determined by location of the building site.) The drawings are on 24x18 Arch-C The drawings include roof & floor framing. The roof is shown constructed with pre-engineered trusses. The design is available in both 2x4 & 2x6 exterior wall framing. The roof slope is 6/12 We use 2013 AutoCAD We can deliver the cad files on disk, thumb drive, or email. (If the file is to be sent on disk or thumb drive we send them by USPS only.)

Question: How is the crawlspace constructed? Is it 8" block? Is it 6 core high? Is it 8" thick and 20" wide? Does it show 2 #4 rebar? Does it show anchor bolts 6' on center? Does it show 2" Styrofoam insulation? Is the foundation 24' x 36'? How do I get into the crawlspace?
Answer: This house plan is designed with 8" poured concrete walls with spread footings. The access is in the hall mechanical closet.
