QUICK Cost-To-Build estimates are not available for specialty plans and construction such as garage / apartment, townhouse, multi-family, hillside, flat roof, concrete walls, log cabin, home additions, and other designs inconsistent with the assumptions outlined in Item 1 above.
User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basement options.

Estimate will dynamically adjust costs based on the home plan's finished square feet, porch, garage and bathrooms.

All home plans are based on the following design assumptions: 8 foot basement ceiling height, 9 foot first floor ceiling height, 8 foot second floor ceiling height (if used), gable roof; 2 dormers, average roof pitch is 12:12, 1 to 2 covered porches, porch construction on foundations.
Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup. A:The roof load : Dead Load 10 psf Live Load 30 psf. (Wind load is to be determined by location of the building site.)
The drawings are on 24x18 Arch-C
The drawings include roof & floor framing.
The roof is shown constructed with pre-engineered trusses.
The design is available in both 2x4 & 2x6 exterior wall framing.
The roof slope is 6/12
We use 2013 AutoCAD
We can deliver the cad files on disk, thumb drive, or email. (If the file is to be sent on disk or thumb drive we send them by USPS only.)

Q:How is the crawlspace constructed? Is it 8" block? Is it 6 core high? Is it 8" thick and 20" wide? Does it show 2 #4 rebar? Does it show anchor bolts 6' on center? Does it show 2" Styrofoam insulation? Is the foundation 24' x 36'? How do I get into the crawlspace?
A:This house plan is designed with 8" poured concrete walls with spread footings.
The access is in the hall mechanical closet.
