Question: Could I get foot print measurements for slab. This will be an addition to an existing structure. Also does plan include electrical plumbing rough measurements thanks Van
Answer: The slab measurements are 59’ x 79’4”.

Question: Do you have this plan available in a smaller total square footage? We love the house but need a house between 2500-2800 total sq foot
Answer: I do not, however it could be modified to achieve the 2800 square feet.

Question: On the Second floor, do the back stairs continuing going up? We can't tell by the drawing. Is there unfinished space across the roofline? If so is it possible to make that finished space?
Answer: This plan has two staircases going to the Upper Floor. There is no headroom above the Upper Floor to achieve a functioning bonus plan on this design over the Upper Floor.
