Q:Hello, I have a few questions about plan #97619. Can you tell me what is the maximum ridge height? What would the cost be for a slab foundation plan be? Does the standard plan have the garages on the right side of the house? Thank you, Elizabeth Vijarro
Plan 97619 Maximum Ridge height is 29'-4". The cost for a Slab foundation would be an additional $350.00 onto the base plan price. It takes 10 to 15 business days to create. The standard plan comes with the garage right.
