A: Thank you for your questions. The optional Great Room is shown on the drawings as an option with all information needed to use that section of the plan as opposed to the one you do not want. You would need to coordinate that with your builder so he would know how to arrange the interior to the format you want. What I would do is take a set of blueprints and make a large X over the Great Room you do not want and circle the one you do. The builder should know how to make the substitution.
