Question: What is the dimensions of s crawl space foundation for this plan (it appears as 24’x36’, and I am assuming that the width is listed by the deck width rather than just the house)
Answer: House including deck is 30 x 36 house with out any decks is 24 x 36 Add in the front deck makes the building total in depth of 46 The reason the side deck is included in the width is because it is a covered entry on part of the the side deck Front deck is not included in the 30 x 36 because the deck is not covered anywhere

Question: I plan to put it on a crawl space will there still be room for the furnace???
Answer: You can put your furnace in the crawlspace or in the storage are under the stairs, or use the pantry in the mudroom for your furnace closet.

Question: how is the house heated? can we modify the height of peak to 22 feet?
Answer: There is a forced air furnace in the basement, the peak height could be reduced by lowering the roof pitch.

Question: Would you please provide the exact dimension of the building only (30x36 does not equal 816sq ft)._
Answer: If the plan did not have the prow front and was square it would be 1080 sq feet The prow (pointed - angled front) reduces the square footage to 816 on the main level.
