Q:Do you have a smaller version of house plan 99962 order code 00WEB? He likes the plan but wants an open loft with no dormer or bathroom. About 1,600 total square feet total. Thanks, Vicky Sayles
A:Plan 90930 may work, for a small fee the bathroom can be removed
or he can just not put it in.
Other plans for him to consider, are smaller than 90930
for a small fee the upper level can be made into loft only
or he can just do it that way
are more the size he would like, for a modest fee the dormers can be removed
