A: The plan was originally designed in 1996. We draw our plans to the North Carolina residential code, 2018 edition (2015 International residential code for one and two family dwellings. We can update codes to meet certain areas code requirements but that is on an individual basis and additional fees are required depending on the extent of the changes.
A: You are welcome to buy the materials list prior to purchase. Our materials lists are stock, meaning they are based on the plan with a crawl space foundation and a stick built rafter roof. You would need to get the truss quote from the truss manufacturer. Thanks.
A: Crawlspace is a raised foundation.
A: There are no mechanical drawings, electrical to the extent of showing wall outlets, overhead lights and switches. Engineering based on code analysis but no site engineering.
