Question: My client was asking what he could expect for approximate costs on the material cost list?
Answer: Hello, Unfortunately we are not able to say. The customer would have to consult a local builder to get more info on material cost. Thanks!

Question: I have spoke with a local architect. If I buy the plans is he able to make minor changes to them without a copyright violation. As you said they meet National code it may be that they just need a seal/stamp but I am asking in case the local building department asks for modifications to meet local code. If we make minor changes I will likely buy the CAD drawings. He would like your approval in writing to make changes if required by the building department. At least he will have to add a plot plan. Question: Hi, I would like to know if you will send detail information for building. I intend to use this outside of the US, but where I will be using this, we us blocks, will you be able to provide detail using the block to calculate for building purpose.

Question: Where is the HVAC unit? What are the ceiling heights?
Answer: The ceiling is 8’ high throughout and there is place for a mechanical room below the stairs in the basement but your contractor is the best resource for information pertaining to the system of your choice.

Question: Hello, I was looking at the plan but I am unclear on how the mesurments work. when you say total living space I am asuming that includes al of the floors sumed up. and when we multiply the width times the depth, we get a value now is that value how much sqf it would take of of the lot I am building it on? FYI I am trying to build an apt unit on a 7777 sqf lot, so what I am looking for is the maximum I can build on the lot. Thank you Nebiyat S
Answer: The square footage we show is the total square footage of the building (all the floors included). The sqare footage of the building itself on a lot would be 2115 sq. ft. (without the balconies).

Question: How is the sound proofing? Can you hear your neighbors? Types of heating?
Answer: Each appartment is soudproof as the soundproofing details are included in the plan. The heating is electrical with baseboards.
