Q: Walkout basement - do you have a rough layout to share? If not, please describe the size of the basement and the location of the door that walks out.
A: All plans that offer optional basement/WOB are to be unfinished space on the lower level unless customer modifies to create a floorplan showing walls and heated/cooled space. Basement space will reflect main levels heated/cooled space. We do not call out size or location of windows/doors, we leave this up to the builder/home owner.
