Perfect for that vacation getaway you’ve been looking for! A metal exterior and roof greet you with a rustic feel, while the stone skirt and base columns offer a warm welcome inside. From the front porch you will immediately find yourself in the Great Room, where a cozy fireplace paints a nice picture of the children opening Christmas presents. Stepping onto the Grilling Porch, you will find the perfect gathering space for spending time in the great outdoors. Barbecues have never been easier! Back inside, there is plenty of space for a sizeable dining table in front of the Kitchen, but if one is not needed, the eat-at island will certainly do the trick. A vaulted ceiling accentuates this open floor plan, as well as the natural light coming in from the front- and rear-facing dormers. The walk-in pantry is sure to please even the most elaborate chef, and a convenient half bath is found down the hall to the right.At the very end of this hallway is the Master Suite. SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
