FLOOR PLAN-Included with your plans will be a detailed floor plan, 1/4 inch scale. Window and door sizes are noted.
ELEVATIONS-Our plans include complete front, rear, right, and left elevations drawn at 1/4" scale.
DETAILS-We furnish any necessary sections for construction of the home like Wall Sections, Stair Sections, Foundation Sections, Electrical Plan, Roof Plan, Cabinet Elevations, Ceiling Joist Layout, and Floor Joist Layout.

Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup.

A: The ceiling is a cathedral ceiling, or sloped from back to front. The center is 8’-0” wide and extends the width of the room, 14’-0”. The height of the 8 x14 section is 11’-4” high.
A: There is no window in the closet. It is just a fake window with shutters and molding to match the 3 existing front windows. You can put a skylight in the front bathroom, but I suggest putting a Sola Tube instead. Thanks for looking at my plan.
