Plan Description
This smart looking leisure house can nicely fit a ski area, a beach front or a wooded area. One of its many features is a gear and equipment room. The spacious and imposing living and dining rooms look even larger due to the openness of the foyer and kitchen. The large expanse of windows offers a commanding view from any orientation. A partial wrap-around deck allows for outdoor living. In the rear are two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has its private bath equipped with a separate stall shower and double basins. Upstairs, the broad balcony overlooking the living/dining rooms can serve many purposes. In the rear, the third bedroom can also serve as a studio. The exterior is a combination of natural vertical wood siding, interesting glazing and stone chimney which features a rustic stone fireplace on the interior.

Q: Hello-- I'm new to this, so please forgive what could be a stupid question. Would we be able to expand the basement footprint to include the kitchen and bath (for a separate basement suite)? Instead of having it be crawl space?
A: Yes there would be no problem creating a full basement even using the existing construction plans.
