A:The future area upstairs has 6' high sidewall and slopes up to an 8' flat ceiling with the exception of the large dormer area facing the rear. It has 8' side walls and cathedrals. Yes, the rear porch is covered and can be screened.

Q:plan 40029 would like what plan number shows basement or walk out basement
A:There is not another plan number to show. The only difference would be a stair going down underneath the stair that goes up to the bonus area. It is not a walk-out basement, but a full underground unfinished basement.

A:Sorry for the confusion. The basement plan for our plan number 9603 would give you the same square footage as the main
floor living 1551 sq. ft. The basement is under all the main floor living, not under the garage or rear porch.
