This cottage marries elegance and rustic together with its lodge style and wrap-around deck. Stepping through the entry, you are immediately greeted with an impressive view through the floor to ceiling windows in the two-story, vaulted great room. There is a cozy fireplace on the wall opposite the kitchen so it may be enjoyed throughout the living space. Down the hall past the kitchen are two bedrooms and the pass-through utility room. Upstairs is a loft, open to the great room and privy to the impressive view through the windows. The rest of the upstairs is dedicated to the owners' suite. This large suite is the perfect getaway to relax in. The owners' bath boasts a romantic soaking tub and two walk-in closets. Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details.
Basement Plan (if any): Included if the plan has a basement alternative. Shows all basement details. Plans which include alternate basement stair location or main basement stair will include a basement plan. Other plans can be modified to include a basement foundation.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing and/or trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc.
Details: Drawings which show specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc.
Section: A drawing of a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting and electrical outlets.

A: Good afternoon, • At the vaulted ceiling over the great room, there are 2x12 #2 DF-L rafters framing out the roof above. • At the 2nd floor owners’ suite behind the great room, there are trusses framing out the roof. Thank you!

A: Hello, Thank you for your inquiry regarding plan 41319. The water tank is located in the leftmost downstairs bedroom inside the closet. The home currently has a fireplace as the heat source, and if you would like a furnace the location of it is a decision made during construction of the home with the assistance of your chosen contractor.
