Modern Style is shown with white painted brick and sleek metal roofing over low-profile dormers. The entrance exhibits contemporary flair with geometry—a stunning rectangular covered stoop. This one-story house plan has a bonus room above the garage which can add 628 square feet.
Acadian Home Design With Outdoor Kitchen and Big Garage
Acadian Home Design 41448 is designed for large families and great entertaining. Firstly, it has a 3 car, side-load garage. The garage entrance is at the back side of the house, so you don't have to look at garage doors from the curbside view. Dimensions are 24' wide by 37' 8 deep, so there is plenty of room for vehicles, and maybe even shop space. Three man doors are included. One opens to the rear porch, another to the inside of the house, and the third opens to the half bath.
Secondly, the interior boasts open living space between the kitchen and the great room. If you have guests over, traffic flows easily around the great room and up to the large kitchen island. Gather in the formal dining room for a meal, or take the party outside to the large rear covered porch. Grill your steak in the outdoor kitchen while your guests warm their hands at the outdoor fireplace on a chilly fall evening.
4 Bedrooms Including Luxury Master Suite
The master suite is located privately at the back right side of Acadian Home Design 41448. Bedroom area is 16' wide by 16' deep, and the ensuite includes two walk-in closets! Notice that "her" closet exits to the laundry room. Talk about convenient! Also included in the ensuite is a private water closet, walk-in shower with bench, his and her vanities, linen storage, makeup counter, and freestanding tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom, and they are also in close proximity to the laundry room.
On the opposite side of the house is bedroom 4, and it would make a nice guest room because it has a private bathroom. Guests will enjoy having quick access to the garage exit and the side entry porch if they are staying for a long period of time. Other details to note: large walk-in kitchen pantry, butler pantry, walk-in closets in every bedroom, and mud room with drop zone.
