Farmhouse Plan 41472 has 2,291 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. In addition, the outdoor living space is exceptional. For example, the back covered porch is designed with an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace. At first sight of this home, you will be impressed. The front porch measures 44'1 wide by 6' deep. Thick, rustic columns complement the double front door. One large windowed dormer creates balance above the covered porch. Red brick looks nice against the crisp white vertical siding.

Farmhouse Plan Designed for Southern Hospitality

Entertaining is a joy when you live in Farmhouse Plan 41472. Firstly, the open floorplan gives everyone in the family plenty of elbow room. The family room is embellished with a vaulted ceiling and wood beam. The fireplace anchors the room, and it's surrounded with built-ins where you can display framed family photos. Walk under another wood beam and appreciate the brick accents as you enter the large kitchen. The island bar seats four people, or you can have a meal in the attached dining room which has a view of the front yard. Don't worry, you won't run out of ingredients for any meal because there is a large walk-in pantry for storage.

Secondly, there is a bonus upstairs if you need a guest room. In this case, finish the bonus room by making it into a guest room. Bedrooms are arranged as a split floor plan in Farmhouse Plan 41472. The master suite is located on the left side of the house, and the children are in the right wing. Each child has a walk-in closet, and they share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The master suite has lots of perks. 1. It's close to the laundry room. 2. It has an attractive cathedral ceiling. 3. The ensuite has all the features you want including soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, private toilet closet, his and her vanities, and huge walk-in closet attached to the bathroom.
