This new construction house plan is classified as Southern because it has a welcoming covered front porch which measures 30' wide by 8'5 deep. Choose your favorite rocking chairs to line the porch. House Plan With Boat Storage 41495 has 4 bedrooms on the main floor, so Mom and Dad can stay close to the kids. Let's take a tour of the layout. Firstly, bedroom 4 opens right there off the foyer. If you don't need to use it for a bedroom all year around, make it a home office instead. We love the barn door access because it adds a little charm. Bedroom 3 has an entry door off the hallway, and it has a private bathroom. Some will designate this to be the guestroom because it offers more privacy. Bedroom 2 has access to the full bathroom off the hallway, and both bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a walk-in closet.

Secondly, the master bedroom is tucked away at the rear of the house. This arrangement gives Mom and Dad a little more privacy, but they are still close enough to the kids. The ten foot tray ceiling adds pizzazz to the bedroom, and master bathroom opens through a set of double doors. The freestanding tub grabs your attention, and there is a walk-in shower right behind it.
