Question: Are the vertical 2x4's in the living/dining 23'-24' in length from the ridge beam to the floor?

Question: This home, for us, would be on a slab foundation. Where would the furnace /ac unit and the water heater be located. Also, washer and dryer would be located where ? We are very interested in this design.
