Q:Do you have a virtual tour or pictures from previous customers? Also, the roof seems pretty high...what type of ceilings are called out? Is the area vaulted or is there attic space available?
A:We do not have any photos of this particular design.
Here is the additional info you requested:
1. 8:12 roof pitch
2. all ceilings down are flat 8’.
3. there’s a pull down stair in the BR 2&3 hallway.
4. limited attic above kitchen, breakfast, dining & family room.
5. 9’ of attic head room and 6’ support walls.

Q:What is ceiling height in kitchen / family room ? Is ceiling a vaulted ceiling ? Can porches be 8 ft in depth rather what plan shows ?
A:All ceilings are 8’ flat ceilings.
The porch can be reduced to 8’.
The quote to do that would be $760 and the start time
would be 3-4 weeks.

Q:how handicap accessible can this home be?
A:For each room to be handicap accessible the interior door opening will need to be a minimum of 32” wide for a straight-in entry. If you have to turn the wheelchair to enter a doorway the minimum is 36”. Hallways must also be a minimum 36” wide. If the master bath will need to handicap accessible there will need to be modifications made there.
