A: Thank you for the question regarding SRD 515. The ceiling on this plan is somewhat complicated. The front wall of the kitchen is framed at 8’1 and slopes up from there, the front door sets back a little from the front wall and due to the slope in the ceiling the wall has now become tall enough for a transom window above the front door at 9’4”. The front porch has the vaulted ceiling to showcase the transom window. The ceiling continues to slope to a peak of 14’ at the center of the house and slopes down again to 8’1 at the rear wall. The dormer we show on the roof is open to the kitchen and allows the ceiling to vault from there to a higher ceiling at about 4’ at the front wall of the dormer. The dormer is 8’ across.
A: Master Bath – 8’9”x10’2” Master WI Closet – 5’8” at rear, 8’1” at front x 8’6” Laundry Room – 6’x 7’4” Hall Bath – 10’6”x5’ Foyer – 10’5”x5’ Front Porch – 13’10”x 8’6” then recessed back 2’6”, 14’4”x5’4” at narrow part Rear Porch – 21’x10’6”
