Q:Can you have a gas fireplace in the living room? Is there storage above the garage area where it shows the window?
A gas fireplace can easily be added to the living room...just keep in mind that it will protrude into the space making your available space for furniture smaller. As for the garage storage, the plans call for a pull-down staircase in the garage which gives access to attic storage above.
