Question: Wondering if ur able to change the width and length some to decrease the total living area of the house but keep the same layout? It’s just a little to big but love the plan
Answer: See plan 55600 for a 1619 s.f. version of this same plan. We also have a basement version, which is 55603. Perhaps one of these will suit your needs. These can also be modified if you need changes. Thanks.

Answer: Hello, The depth is 43 feet from the front edge of the front porch to the back wall of bedroom 3.

Answer: Hello, The footages from outside of stud to outside of stud, not including masonry are:

1800 first floor heated, 309 s.f. bonus room (could be heated or unheated, your choice) 1109 s.f. porches, garage, storage for a total under roof footage of 3218

Question: Hello, I would like a full basement. Can this house be built with one? The property slopes down very steeply. Dina
Answer: See plan 59201 for the basement version of this plan. It is the same price too. Its just got two sets of stairs. The basement comes as unfinished and you just tell the contractor wherever you want any exterior doors and windows in the basement. Hope this helps you. Have a great day and God bless!

Question: I was hoping to get the window sizes for the front windows please. Thanks!
Answer: Good afternoon, The tall windows are 32” wide and 72” tall with 12” transoms above the one in the flex space and the one in bed 2. The kitchen window is 32” wide and 36” tall. Hope this helps you. God bless!

Question: why do all your designs like this not include basements?
Answer: Good morning, We do have basement versions for them. They are usually 16 to 20 feet larger, due to the way we have to add the basement stairs.
