This modern farmhouse plan welcomes you with a charming front porch. In entering the front door, you immediately feel the openness of the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The 10' ceilings and fireplace in the great room add to that open, inviting feeling. The kitchen features an island with an eating bar. Also, included off of the dining area is a large walk in pantry and spacious laundry room. The split floor plan allows a nice escape to the master suite with generous master bath and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms on the left side of the house have closets and share a spacious bathroom. The back covered porch opens onto a large 2 car carport with storage room.

A: 9' plus the step down between house and porch. Typically, the step down would be at least 4", so somewhere around 9'-4", depending on how far you choose to lower the porch. Thanks.
A: Sure. There is a slab foundation option available at no extra cost. Your builder can modify the exterior walls to be block. Perhaps the intent was to use 8x8x16 block. We are not aware of an 8x8x13 size. The metal roof is an easy site change too. Thanks.
A: See plan 60106 for the basement version. It comes with a full, unfinished, non walkout type basement. The basement is empty storage space with one egress window with optional window well. Thanks.
A: Hello, We do have a larger version with a garage. See plan 59995.
A: Hello, Yes, there is a brick skirt all the way around the house, which could be deleted by the builder onsite. The front porch has a metal roof shown, and the rest of it is shingles. You could of course use either type wherever you like. There is no difference other than the type roofing you wish to use. Thanks.
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
