A: Good day and thank you for your interest in this plan
1. Would your as-designed basement foundation plan be readily adaptable to ICF construction?
It’s something that can be done on site but we strongly suggest having the plan modified for the ICF foundation and also have the plans reflect the layout of the safe room, bathroom etc..
2. Does the walk-out basement plan detail all door and window sizes and placement.
Yes our blueprints do come with all this information.
Note: If possible, please send an low resolution/info image of the basement layout so I can see if my space utilization and saferoom ideas will work.
We don’t have a low resolution layout of the basement. The best is to design you ideal layout and we will modify the plan accordingly.
3. .I like the 2x4 open truss floor beams for their rigidity and space for lighting/plumbing/HVAC systems. Would your as-designed building drawings be conducive to the use of these?
Our plans specify prefab floor trusses, it is up to you to choose what typ our company you will use.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments
A: In answer to your question, the laundry room is in the main floor master bathroom and the basement is a "walk out" which is what creates the impression of three floors when viewed from the back.
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
