Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Hi, I have two questions. In regard 65084. How many rooms is in the basement? Will be possible to have a room with bathroom above a garage? Thank you. Kind regards Stephan Gadawski
The basement is unfinished and therefore bedrooms could be added if required.
In regards to the garage, the plan as is would not allow for a bedroom upstairs. Seeing as there is no second level to this home would make the access impossible via the home as well.

Q:Why does this plan show a second level and say one bedroom one bath in a different area. I would love this house if it had a second level
This plan only has one level but 2 different options for it.
Date Posted: 30-May-17
Q:Is the pitch high enough to put a small bedroom upstairs?
Unfortunately this is not possible for 3 reasons:
1. Adding stairs to go to the second level would allow for enough space to make a bedroom the first level would need to be modified for an additional staircase and it’s not possible as is
2. We cannot a window up to code for a bedroom upstairs unless we add a dormer

Q:is there enough room in bathroom to put a six foot tub where the stool and shower are and put shower and stool in different placement, the plan doesn't show size of bathroom.. also if fireplace was taken out would this cause a problem ?
A:In regards to your question on the plan 65084, the size of the batroom is 10'8' wide by 13'8'. To put a six foot thub where the shower is , yes you could do it by removing the wall and the stoll in a different place.
