Q:If the basement foundation is ordered, where would the location of the stair be?
A:This is a small home and it is very compact, therefore, there is not a basement option. We checked the web site and a basement option is listed but that is an error. A basement foundation is possible but it would be necessary to add some sq. footage to the design in order to accommodate a location for the stairwell. Please contact us if you would like to discuss the possibility of modifying this plan to accommodate a basement foundation.
