Q:A few questions. The three-car garage shows two different depths: the larger bay is shorter and the single bay is deeper. What are these two measurements and what is the square footage of the garage? Is it feasible to redesign the kitchen island into a peninsula J shape, adding a partial GreatRm wall, and losing the gap between the island and refrigerator? This would require a relocation of the kitchen appliances as the island would probably interfere with the current placement of the stove top. It may even require a beveling of the lower right corner of the Outdoor Living area to provide enough passage way between the peninsula and that corner. What is under the stairwell? Is it accessed from the garage or the kitchen? Seems there would be a door there to indicate access. May I assume that the builder would have an option to change the elevation (like remove the steeples and stucco the outside walls? Tom
