The first level open great room space is easily expanded with French Door access to a wrap around sundeck. Screen a portion of the sundeck off if that is a concern in your location. The guest room could double as an office or hobby room.
The second level is dedicated to two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and walk-in closet. The Master bedroom also boasts its own private viewing balcony. High ceilings and vaulted spaces with numerous plant ledges make this an appealing retreat.

Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Why doesn't this have a utility room and how could u add one
A:The original client requested a horizontal furnace be located in the crawl space, access from under the staircase. The hot water tank is located under the staircase as well. They also did not want a washer dryer located.
I would suggest locating a stacking washer and dryer unit in the second level bedroom 2 in front of the bathroom.
