Tiny House Plans
This tiny house will please first home buyers with its minimalist style and efficient design with 9’ ceilings throughout. It is also perfectly suited to families who want to own a home without sacrificing their budget. Ariel is an economical small house that has lots to discover in its versatile spaces and it fits well with the lifestyle of future home owners who don’t want to give up city life. From a practical standpoint, the main entrance at the side opens directly onto a large closet with a laundry area that has room for a stacked washer / dryer set. The kitchen / living room can have either a front facing or a rear facing orientation, depending on how the occupants choose to layout the furnishings. Access to a large, covered patio is through retractable patio doors and the kitchen has room for a table that seats 4 to 6. The living room could change vocation to become a third bedroom if required and it is large enough for a 3+ seat sectional sofa and a TV on a standard size unit. The sleeping quarters are located at the far end of the main activities area thus permitting the quiet environment needed for restful sleep. The bedrooms are large enough for double beds and the master bedroom is big enough for a Queen size bed with furnishings. The bright, full bathroom is off of the master bedroom and has a large shower enclosure and the roof is ideal for those who want to add a “green” roof as access to the roof has already been forseen on the plan.Ask the Designer any question you may have. A: Hello! There is no utility closet in this home. The hot water heater would be a tankless and the washer and dryer are stackable in front of the door going outdoors.` The furnace would need to be determined as per customer’s specs and needs Thanks Jessica
A: Good day, You will have to see a truss manufacturer with your plan. These are more prefabricated roof joist than actual trusses. I hope this helps! Jessica
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
