Simple Ranch Plan With Oversized Garage
Simple Ranch Plan 77437 has features that are rare in a home this size. Firstly, you won't often find a 3 car, oversized garage in an approximately 1300 square foot home. This new house plan has a right side garage measuring 30 feet wide by 28'6 deep! You have 3 overhead garage doors total. Best of all, the 3rd garage door is on the back of the house. Therefore, this is a Ranch House Plan With Drive-Through garage. Now you can hook up your boat or trailer and drive straight through. No more difficulty when backing in and out. Do you have a spouse who is a poor driver? Well don't tell them, but this design cuts down on the chance that they will do some damage with your trailer.
Secondly, the floor plan is designed for both function and comfort. Notice the function when you enter from that garage into a combination mud room and laundry room. Keep all the mess in one place.
