QUICK Cost-To-Build estimates are available for single family, stick-built, detached, 1 story, 1.5 story and 2 story home plans with attached or detached garages, pitched roofs on flat to gently sloping sites.QUICK Cost-To-Build estimates are not available for specialty plans and construction such as garage / apartment, townhouse, multi-family, hillside, flat roof, concrete walls, log cabin, home additions, and other designs inconsistent with the assumptions outlined in Item 1 above.
User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basement options.

A: Side elevation not available. Material list not sold separately without a plan order. Yes, plans come with all alternates.
A: Yes the walls can be made into 2x6; I do not know what roof load is required for your area; you need to check with your local building official
A: The main floor can have 2 or 3 bedroom (both options come with the plans) and then an additional 2 bedroom can be upstairs at a future time for a total of 5 if needed. The entire second floor can be left unfinished. A Kohler Sojourn tub with a 36”X 36” shower with some re-design and reconfiguration could be added to the bathroom. Thank you.
