Traditional Style House Plan 80844 has 2,781 square feet of heated living space. Inside, we have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Functional rooms include a home office, giant walk-in pantry, locker drop zone, and large laundry room. Luxurious spaces include the master suite, kitchen, and great room. The covered porches add 532 square feet of comfortable outdoor living space.
3 Bedroom Traditional House Plan
Traditional House Plan 80844 has a split-floorplan layout. For example, the master suite is on the opposite side of the house from the children's bedrooms. Mom and Dad like it because they have a quiet retreat when the kids are playing at high volume.
Nothing is left out of the master suite design. First, the bedroom has a trayed ceiling with decorative ceiling beams. Second, the master bathroom includes two vanities, private water closet, whirlpool tub, and custom shower. Third, the walk-in closet is massive at 9'8 wide by 14' deep. Plus, it has a central island. The best part is the connection to the laundry room from the master closet. This is a newer feature in today's house plan designs, and it adds so much convenience.
The children's bedrooms are located on the right side of the house. Each bedroom has a good-sized walk-in closet. The kids will like these bedrooms because they are rather large. Notice how the guest bathroom separates the double vanity from the more private areas of the bathroom. Parents like this arrangement because it saves time in the mornings. While one child is getting a shower, the other can brush his teeth. Every minute counts on busy school mornings!
Luxurious Open Living Space
Coming inside from the foyer, the house opens up with great drama. Ceiling beams decorate the great room, and it's anchored by a ventless gas log fireplace. The dining room is to your left. Store your formal dining supplies inside the built-in. The kitchen shares space with the breakfast nook. Finish the kitchen with your favorite cabinets, stone counters, and subway tile backsplash. Don't forget the ever-popular stainless steel appliances. The best part is the kitchen pantry. It measures 11'8 wide by 6'deep and includes so much organized storage.

Items Not Included
Mechanical Plans - Because of varying site conditions, mechanical plans such as plumbing and HVAC plans are not included. These items are easily obtained by your mechanical contractor or material supplier.
Site Plans – If required, this information must be obtained locally to include the information specific to your individual property.
Structural Calculations – In certain areas, particularly those in earthquake and hurricane zones, permit departments may require you to submit structural calculations for your particular conditions. When required, you should consult with a local structural engineer.
