Country Style House Plan 80881 has 2,394 square feet of living space. The covered front porch wraps around the right corner of the house, offering excellent outdoor living space. In addition, there is a bonus room above the garage. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open living space, and large functional rooms, your family will feel right at home.
Country Style House Plan Exterior Tour
The exterior is everything you would want in a country style home. Firstly, we suggest that you choose antique-style lanterns to hang from the porch, and add rocking chairs where you can sit down with a glass of sweet tea. The roof can be finished with attractive multicolored shingles or something more traditional like gray. The white vertical siding helps to keep the interior of the house cool by reflecting the sunlight. Add board and batten shutters to amp up the country charm. Red brick skirting adds a pop of color.
Secondly, in the rear of Country Style House Plan 80881, we find that the depth of the covered porch is 12'. Homeowners love this rear porch because children can play here. Large outdoor dining tables will fit, and the outdoor kitchen is designed for maximum enjoyment. Access the back porch through the set of French doors from the great room. Thirdly, the side-load garage has enough room for two vehicles, and it has one storage room. Keep your tools and gardening supplies here, or you might wish to store sporting equipment.
Split Floor Plan and Open Living Space
The master suite is located privately in the left, rear portion of Country Style House Plan 80881. The bedroom measures 14 feet wide by 16 feet deep which is a generous size.
