One Story Modern Farmhouse Plan 81654 has 2,970 square feet of living space including 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This handsome design features a covered porch on both the front and rear of the house. White vertical siding, natural wood columns, stone, metal, and regular shingles are combined to create a modern farmhouse aesthetic. Around back, the covered rear porch wows with rustic timber beams, vaulted ceiling, and outdoor fireplace.
One Story Modern Farmhouse Plan With Vaulted Ceiling
One Story Modern Farmhouse Plan 81654 is comfortable for everyday family life and for entertaining. Firstly, we enter through the foyer. To your left is a formal dining room, and the lack of a right wall leaves the room feeling more open. One set of double doors opens to the porch. To the right side of the entrance is an enclosed home office. This room has a matching exterior door. As a result, you can meet with clients without having them enter into the rest of your home.
Secondly, the grand vaulted ceiling creates drama in the open living space. The lodge room is anchored by a fireplace surrounded with built-ins. This is a great place to display family photos of your travels. The kitchen sits adjacent to the lodge room, and it includes a large island and corner walk-in pantry. Thirdly, let's not leave out the hardworking spaces. Use the mud room at the garage entrance to corral shoes, bookbags, and purses. Plus, there is a convenient powder room nearby.
Luxury Master Suite With Private Screened Porch
The master bedroom is located privately on the far left side of One Story Modern Farmhouse Plan 81654. Buyers will take note of this plan because of the great ensuite.
