A: Our plans come with one ( standard )foundation perplan set . Our plans are a one time license to build. If a potential client would like a different foundation, it is an additional charge of $350.00 to be added to the base plan purchase price. If they order a crawlspace , they will not receive the original plan with the basement floorplan. For the completion of the 2x6 it will be 7-10 business days from the time we receive the order.
