Ranch House Plan. This rustic take on a classic design offers a cozy 2 bedroom cabin with a beautiful outdoor living space under the covered porch offered at the front of the home plan. Wooden accents compliment the siding exterior to give a traditional, but rustic curb appeal to any that are lucky enough to take a gander at Dogwood Cabin.Open Floor Design
Upon entering this ranch style Cabin, you'll find yourself impressed with the vaulted ceiling complimenting the traditional style fireplace and open kitchen and dining concept. A large eat-at kitchen island overlooking the dining area and give a perfect view of all the storage space offered in the kitchen cabinets while a pantry resting to the side of the dining room offers plenty of extra storage. A patio exit is offered right off of the dining room while a door to the side of the kitchen give access to the right side of the lakeside Cabin.
Bedrooms
Two bedrooms rest at the end of the hallway jetting off of the great room of mountain Cabin. To the left, you'll find Bedroom 1 that offers a large walk-in closet and private bathroom. With a double vanity and linen closet, this bathroom is perfect for couples sharing the space needing a bit more room. Bedroom 2 rests at the front of the cabin with great views of the covered front porch. This bedroom also offers it's own bathroom with a single vanity and tons of natural light.

FOUNDATION PLAN Most plans are available with a slab or crawlspace foundation. Optional walkout style basement (three walls masonry with a wood framed rear wall with notes for the builder to locate the windows and doors) and optional full basement foundation available if the plan allows, at an additional cost.
FLOOR PLANS Each home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as a schematic electrical layout (not available for log homes).
SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.

QUICK Cost-To-Build estimates are available for single family, stick-built, detached, 1 story, 1.5 story and 2 story home plans with attached or detached garages, pitched roofs on flat to gently sloping sites.QUICK Cost-To-Build estimates are not available for specialty plans and construction such as garage / apartment, townhouse, multi-family, hillside, flat roof, concrete walls, log cabin, home additions, and other designs inconsistent with the assumptions outlined in Item 1 above.
User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basement options.
