A: The plan has a 9 ft. basement ceiling height.
A: The 18'-6" X 19'-5" dimension is of the Grand Room only and does not include the kitchen - the 18'-6" dimension will be from the left exterior wall at the Grand Room and go to the wall to the left of the refrigerator. The Kitchen dimensions are 11'-0" X 17'-5". Generally speaking our living area dimensions will never include the kitchen area.
A: The home management room is like an office space, it has counters and a kitchen sink in the room, but could also be used as an office if preferred. There is attic space accessible from a pull down staircase upstairs, or accessed from the optional bonus room. We do not have any pictures of this house plan at this time as this is a newer plan that has been out less than a year. Hopefully once people begin to finish building this home we will have pictures to share!
