Question: Is the column next to the pantry door structural or can it be removed? Is there enough room in the great room to change the tray ceiling to a vaulted ceiling.
Answer: Yes, the column is structural. It can be removed but the roof trusses would have to be re-engineered to accommodate for the removal of the column. The great room ceiling can be changed to be a vaulted ceiling. The trusses would have to be altered.

Question: I have a question regarding the basement stairs. As it appears on the floor plan the stair hole is the same size as the combined pantry & closet. The width of the two together is 63 inches or 5 feet 3 inches. Walking down the stairs you would end up hitting your head on the floor joist with an opening of the size. It appears you need a stair hole of at least 9 feet to clear the floor joist. I believe the stair risers are 7 to 7 1/2. Can you provide information on the stair hole and were the rest of the footage comes into play to for enough head room clearance. Thank you
Answer: There is a slanted floor in the coat closet that opens from the rear hall area, providing headroom clearance for the stairs.

Question: My question is about bedroom 2, on the plan is show the room as being 12 x 13. Is the 12 feet wide from the closet to the wall or from the wall to wall in which case the majority of the room width would only be about 10 feet wide if you factor in the depth of the closet which takes up a good portion on wall space. Thank you
Answer: BR2 measures 15' wide x 13 '4" deep from outside wall to outside wall. The closet is 2' 9" deep so by subtracting the exterior walls plus the closet from the 15' width the interior measures 12' 3".

Question: Hello again, can you tell me please the dimensions of the pantry and the dimensions of the coat closet ?? I am trying to see if there would be room to make a powder room in that space. I would like the dimensions separate so that I can tell if I can keep the coat closet or at lease part of it. thank you very much
Answer: Pantry is 3'6 w x 4'4 d
Closet is 4'4 w x 2'1 d
