A: There are 6 pages in the materials list for the Walk out foundation version of plan 96212 That is the only version that there is a materials list for. The plan can be ordered with the walkout basement and if you find later you need to have the crawlspace or basement version you can upgrade your order by simply paying the extra foundation fee Not the whole amount again
A: 1/4 inch is one foot on the plans But Depending on the printing which can slightly increase or decrease we recommend using the dimensions on the drawing over scaling them Have your printer print to Scale NOT print to fit page which will either reduce or blow up the image This is how we print paper sets
A: The side decks are covered partly by the entry porch and the veranda on the other side
