A: Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both 12" x 16". The master bath is 13 " x 13" x 8" and the vanities are 4'-2" wide. A double cooktop will not fit where it is located now but the kitchen could be redesigned to fit a double range. For example, the range could be moved to the island and the sink and dishwasher moved to the opposite wall near refrigerator. The sinks in the hall bath and bath 2 are drawn as pedestals but there is space for a small cabinet with sink, if preferred. The fireplace opening is 4' in the clear but that can also be modified, if needed. Please let us know if you need any further information.
