A: Overall ceiling heights are 10' 1st floor, 9' 2nd floor and basement 10'. The master bath has barrel vaulted ceiling from 10'. The Lodge Room has vault from 10' to 12'. Thank you!
A: The water heater and furnace are usually located in the basement. On slab or crawl space the HVAC is in the attic (most of the time it is two units) and there is an offset in the garage it could be placed. The water heater is in the offset of the garage.
