Q:How deep are the porches on this model
A:Wrap around porch is 8' in depth and the area behind the family room is 18' x 14'.

Q:How much square footage is added with the porch and the garage? If I order the crawlspace and later find that I need the slab, can I still get the slab?
A:The Garage & Porch will not add Heated SF.
The Garage is 528 Unheated SF.
The porch is 8' deep the entire length of the house as shown. In the rear the porch is 7'-6" deep at Master bedroom bump-out and 13'-6" off the Family room.
If the plan is ordered with a crawlspace foundation then you need to switch to a slab foundation later it will be an additional $350.00 to change to the Slab foundation. This does not mean you can build the home twice. The license to build is for a 1 time build only. Building the home a second time or more requires the purchase of a Re-Use fee.
