Q:I have purchaced a material list I was woundering if it has roof joist or can trusses be made and do the plans include the fireplace ? Also are all windows egress
A:This style of roof requires that it be stick framed, no trusses. Only bedroom windows require that they be egress ready under the building code, although many of the other windows are of a size to provide egress.
