Question: Can this house plan have a bonus room upstairs if you take out the half bath for steps? Or are the dormers strictly for looks?
Answer: There is not enough headroom in the attic for a bonus room as the plan is drawn now. If we modify the plan to allow for a staircase to the attic we would also want to increase the slope of the roof to create the necessary headroom required for a bonus room with kneewalls.
