Ask the Designer any question you may have. NOTE: If you have a plan modification question, please click on the Plan Modifications tab above.
A: There are no stairs from the basement to the exterior. The only stairs to the basement are directly under the stairs going to the second floor. Your builder can easily add an exterior stair.
A: It is directly under the stair going up to the second floor
A: You will not be able to add a bath under the stair because the stair is only 3 feet wide and you need the hallway beyond it to get down the stairs. You can turn one of the closets into a private bath for one of the bedrooms or turn the center closet into a bath and turn the remaining closet into a new hallway between the two bedrooms. You can add a non-walk in closet against the outside wall.
A: Hi, You need to get the new kitchen design to your builder. If you are working with a Kitchen designer, they can get the updfated plans to you to forward.
A: Bathroom – 5’-0” x 7’-9” Closet – 4’-8” x 7’-9” We do not have photos available
A: The ceiling heights are 8 feet. I am not sure where next to the kitchen you would like to move those spaces. You can have a local architect make changes to the drawings. Right now, the powder room and the utility room are directly below the bathroom upstairs. This is the most economical layout.
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
