A: Hello, Not sure why your trying to recalculate the footages. I can assure you that its correct. The actual footage is 1603.61 square feet, which rounds up to 1604. Footages are calculated to the outside edge of the studwalls. If you are trying to guesstimate the outer footprint using interior room sizes, that’s the problem. I just personally verified the footages, and it is correct as is. You cannot add up the interior room sizes for each room, and then add those together to get the total. You do not really have enough information to figure the footages properly, if you are trying to use the online presentation plan. The room sizes do not include studwalls. Studwalls ARE included in the footages, which is true with all house plans. Modification Department Stephen Mathis, CPBD
