A: Thank you for the question. We do show details for the footer, however not sure what you mean by the block details, this is a poured concrete foundation and not a block foundation if that is what the “block foundation” detail references.
A: To frame with 2 x 6 walls you would have two options. You can either choose to lose two inches on every room along the outside wall, or you can add 2” to the foundation wall thickness, thereby adding a total of 4” front to rear and 4” side to side but maintaining the same interior room sizes.
